At Freet Barefoot, we want you to be completely happy with the natural movement of your new footwear. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn shoes in their original box and include all tags and inserts to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
